Here is the beta version of the CounterText for max 2010. Please let me know if you encounter any problems with it. Actually please let me know if you don't encounter any problems too (so that I can switch to non-beta)
There is one bug that I have seen in previous versions of CounterText and that is when you start editing the default text that is in CounterText by deleting one letter at a time in the first line, you eventually get a crash that closes Max. This is repeatable...start in the first space at the top left and start pressing delete to remove one character at a time...eventually you get something that isn't appreciated by Max.
